being totally consumed with the sport.
Characterized by "I've got a hunch" trades, trading and
reaquiring the same players and the uncontrollable desire to trade players
even when all hope is lost.
1995 -
Charles O. Finley Award - Gavin McCollam
for
introducing the Fantasy Football League playoff system and causing the
Commissioner, who would have had free munchies under the old system, to
instead place 8th!!!! The wrath of
the FFL Gods was kindled and the visionary finished dead last.
1995 -
"Jon Patch" Team Management Award - Bill Berger
for
taking the term "Hands-off Management" to new heights.
1997 -
Rookie of the Year - Mike Paul
for
starting out 0-3 but battling back to make the playoffs and forcing the
Commissioner into the consolation bracket in the process.

proved a force superior to thine own.

for

starting out 5-0, winning the division and making the FFL Super Bowl, until
the curse of the "Kiss of Death" finally tracked him down!

ultimately lose by a tiebreaker in the first round of the playoffs.

Award - Dennis Roller
for
dominating his division only to lose to the 6 and 7 Parsimony in the
playoffs.
2005 Lovable Losers Award
- aka The Three Stooges - Gavin McCollam, Dennis Roller, Mike Paul
for
participating in the Fumble league for 11, 11 and 9 years respectively, and
never tasting the victory of eating for free.
